You can return any full priced item from Bras Without Wires within 21 days if the security tags remain intact and in place.
Items must be returned unused, unaltered and unwashed, with all original packaging in good condition.
**Swing tags must be still attached to the garments, please don’t take them off until you are sure you are keeping the garment**
How to return
You can return any items you are not satisfied with by simply emailing us at email@example.com and returning the items to:

Please can we recommend you take out tracking or signature on receipt, as we are unable to refund where we don not receive goods back into our warehouse.
We are also able to offer exchanges. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know what you are returning and what size you would like to exchange for. Then return the item, as above, unused, unaltered and unwashed, with all original packaging in good condition and original tags in place. Once received back into the warehouse, we will mail out your exchange and email to let you know it’s on its way.
We do not offer refunds on sale items. Please choose carefully.
Returns beyond 21 days may be accepted only at the discretion of Bras Without Wires. Please contact us at email@example.com if you are beyond 21 days.
If something is faulty
All items are quality controlled and checked for faults before they are dispatched to customers. If you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
A refund will be provided where goods are faulty, wrongly described, or different from the style shown. Details here.
Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card or Paypal account. We do not refund the original shipping cost except where an item is genuinely faulty.
Please note refunds may take up to 5 business days to complete, depending on your financial institution’s processing time.
Orders cannot be cancelled or amended once placed and you have received your order confirmation. Please follow the returns and exchange process if you wish to make changes to your order.
